Author Queries

Authors

Authors presently identify the photographer who took a particular photo in the Photo Library.  They are not presently used with other content in the API, such as indicator data, but may be used more widely in the future as we add more content to the API.

Lists author with id of 1.

Only author and ID number are captured by an author query.

It may not be common to directly make author queries.  You can query photos and see the author associated with them:

http://open.worldbank.org/photos/2435/authors?api_key=xxxx
This call identifies the author associated with photo 2435.
